Internships
We offer internship opportunities throughout the year in both our Portland and Los Angeles offices.
The goal of our internship program is to customize every student’s experience by providing practical opportunities for developing fundamental skills and experience in this industry. We consider our students as more than just "interns" - they are important members of our team and are treated as colleagues. We are committed to offering a stimulating and positive environment for our students to grow from the experience and encourage each student to accept as much responsibility as they are comfortable with.
Our internships are non-paid, credit only positions offered for Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter terms with flexible start and finish dates. We ask that students be prepared to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week for a period of 3-months. This level of commitment is important because we invest substantial resources into training and developing our students. However, we are flexible with accommodating college schedules and any other part time employment commitments.
Students assist our staff with the following functions:
- Reviewing castings and collating/processing submissions for commercial talent projects.
- Assist with coordinating submissions, castings/auditions and bookings.
- Processing new talent submissions and updating talent records, images and other marketing materials.
- Contributing to e-newsletters, social networking and other company communications.
- Developing talent marketing materials.
- Researching and developing potential marketing opportunities for specific talent.
- Assisting with business development-related market research and analysis.
